Step 1
Most clients use a smartphone or their scanner to upload relevant documents to our document management online application (LedgerDocs). LedgerDocs is included in our bookkeeping service as a value add at no extra cost. Visit our LedgerDocs page for more information. Documents are also accepted by courier or dropped off at our office. These are options available but we will work with you to come up with the best bookkeeping system for your needs.
Step 2
You are assigned a LedgersOnline staff member who receives an email of recent activity from our document management online application (LedgerDocs) who then reviews your documents, posts them in your accounting file hosted on our server, and corresponds with you on any questions. Again Ledgerdocs is a tool provided by us at no extra cost for our bookkeeping clients but the client doesn't need to use it if their preference is to go with an alternative method.
Step 3
You have the option to view the created reports, cheques, and financial statements from anywhere, anytime with access to our document management online application (LedgerDocs) and your hosted accounting application.
