Do I need to switch my accounting software?
No. We can support all of the popular small business accounting software packages in today’s marketplace. In addition, we use the most updated versions of these software packages, so there is no need to install updates or patches.
How can LedgersOnline save me time?
You will no longer be required to directly perform or supervise bookkeeping tasks, and you will benefit from having up to date financial records that are accessible from anywhere. This allows you to focus on growing your business, and less on accounting tasks.
Who will supervise the bookkeeping function for my business?
Professionally designated accountants experienced at managing accounting and financial functions will supervise the bookkeeping for your business.
What about year-end financial statements and corporate tax returns for my business?
We can work with your existing accounting firm to provide the bookkeeping data they need to prepare your year-end financial statements. Therefore, there is no need to change existing relationships. Should you have a need for an outside firm to perform additional services at year end, we can work with you to provide a solution that will meet your needs. Our staff is well trained so that your financial records are in great shape each month of the year, which can provide the benefit of lower year-end accounting fees. Your accountant will be pleased you integrated LedgersOnline into your financial management.
What reporting is provided? What kind of month-end financial analysis is performed?
Generally we can provide basic financial statements (PnL, Balance Sheet, Aged Receivables). We can do more in-depth analysis, such as budget variance, if requested to do so by the client, either in-house or with a referral to one of our partners.
What about costs?
Generally, we work on fixed monthly fees based on the volume of transactions your business generates per month. When you compare the cost of recruiting, salary, taxes, benefits, and turnover, our costs will normally be even lower than expanding your own staff. For a pricing estimate please contact us.
What if my accounting needs fluctuate?
We are flexible in the services we provide. Should your needs increase, decrease, or change in complexity, we can change along with you. Likely, we’ll be the first to notice when a change might be applicable to your situation — and we will pro-actively discuss these changes with you.
How do I know my records are accurate and my data is safe?
Our team is composed of CA’s, accountants and well-trained bookkeepers. We have outstanding security and backup procedures throughout our system. We have qualified and experienced support team to take care of the data you have entrusted us with, making our applications on demand secure and available in real time.
