We are currently looking for someone that could start as a bookkeeper with the ability to grow into a team leader. This can be a full time or part time position for our North Vancouver based office.

Our staff get involved in a variety of assignments which provide opportunity for growth and to obtain invaluable experience. This is an environment that you can learn and grow in.

Responsibilities

  • Grow into the team leader for a group of highly professional bookkeepers.
  • Run a daily huddles.
  • Track client work loads.
  • Manage client / bookkeeper communications.
  • Provide bookkeeping support during busy periods.
  • Monitor monthly client time budgets.
  • Interface and support our Sales Team.

As the Marketing Manager you’ll be leading the marketing and sales activities for our accounting & bookkeeping products and services. You will plan all of our web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns and create or / oversee the delivery of all of our marketing materials, including press releases, advertisements, tradeshow materials, video content, infographics, eBooks, and blog posts.
