Job Description

We are currently looking for someone that could start as a bookkeeper with the ability to grow into a team leader. This can be a full time or part time position for our North Vancouver based office.

Our staff get involved in a variety of assignments which provide opportunity for growth and to obtain invaluable experience. This is an environment that you can learn and grow in.

Responsibilities

  • Grow into the team leader for a group of highly professional bookkeepers.
  • Run a daily huddles.
  • Track client work loads.
  • Manage client / bookkeeper communications.
  • Provide bookkeeping support during busy periods.
  • Monitor monthly client time budgets.
  • Interface and support our Sales Team.

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and lead a team of professionals.
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience will full cycle accounting.

LedgerDocs is a cloud-based document management application designed to help accountants and bookkeepers receive, manage, and collaborate on their client’s important accounting documents. We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to join our team.

This can be a part-time or contract position. We can offer flexibility to the right individual.

We have a SaaS application that we are looking to grow over the next year and will be an integral part in doing so. We have a solid and engaged user base that is growing organically and this is an exciting flexible position working out of our office in North Vancouver, situated next to the Lonsdale Quay transit hub.

Description

As Director of Digital Marketing, your experience will include using online marketing, content writing, and user experience to drive growth. Working in tandem with our marketing, sales, and product management teams, you will be instrumental in creating a strategic plan to attain business goals via digital technologies and diverse online channels. With your broad marketing leadership experience, you will advise on our SEO / SEM, content, and paid advertising strategy. You will use your knowledge of industry standard benchmarks to assist with the measurement of various campaigns and initiatives.

You are able to understand and homogenize business objectives with tactical marketing strategies, while also having the practical ability to roll up your sleeves and take those ideas to execution. You are excellent at communicating your ideas both verbally and in written word, and you understand the digital technologies at play in today’s environment. Above all else, you are a leader and take pride in mentoring others to achieve common goals.

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will interact with LedgerDocs customers daily and work closely with all departments across the company, including our bookkeeping, marketing, sales, and development teams, to reach our goal of simplifying how bookkeepers and accountants work with their clients. Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to increase our user base and create brand evangelists.
  • Follow-up on all inbound leads by phone, email, and online chat.
